How to Apply for a New Voter ID (Form 6)
The online application process for a fresh voter card is straightforward:
Step 1: Registration and Login Visit voters.eci.gov.in, click on ‘Sign Up’, and register using your mobile number and OTP. Once registered, log into your account.
Step 2: Select Form 6 On your user dashboard, navigate to “Fill Form 6” (Application for fresh registration for general electors).

- Mobile Number Not Linked: A linked mobile number is mandatory to download the e-EPIC. If your number is missing or outdated, log in, submit Form 8, select “Correction of Entries”, and update your mobile number.
