Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Pariyojana (PMBJP)
PMBJP promotes affordable generic medicines through Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi Kendras (PMBJKs). Individuals, proprietors, partnerships, NGOs, trusts, charitable hospitals and government/nominated agencies can apply to open a Kendra through the Pharmaceuticals & Medical Devices Bureau of India (PMBI).

How to Apply — Step by Step
- Visit the official PMBI portal and select Apply for Kendra.
- Create an applicant account.
- Complete the online application with applicant, premises, pharmacist and bank details.
- Upload required documents and category proof, if applicable.
- Pay the ₹5,000 application fee unless exempt.
- Submit the application and save the application ID.
How to Track Application
Use the official PMBI portal’s Application Status facility with the application ID. Login is also available for applicants.
