UP Labour Card यानी Uttar Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (UPBOCW) registration construction sector में काम करने वाले eligible workers के लिए है। Registered workers को Board की notified welfare schemes और benefits के लिए पात्रता मिल सकती है। यह registration UP Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board के तहत होता है।

UP Labour Card Eligibility
UP Labour Card registration के लिए applicant की age 18 years पूरी हो चुकी हो और 60 years पूरी न हुई हो। इसके अलावा पिछले 12 months में कम से कम 90 days building or other construction work किया होना चाहिए। Applicant किसी दूसरे Welfare Fund में beneficiary के रूप में registered नहीं होना चाहिए।
यह registration construction-related workers के लिए है, जैसे rajmistri, carpenter, plumber, electrician, painter, welder, road/construction workers आदि, बशर्ते उनका काम applicable construction-worker category में आता हो।
Documents Required
Application से पहले सामान्यतः ये documents/details तैयार रखें:
- Aadhaar Card
- Bank account/passbook details
- Recent photograph
- Mobile number
- Construction work से संबंधित details
- 90 days work का self-declaration, जिसमें construction site और काम की अवधि बतानी होती है
2020 के UP rules amendment में online application के दौरान worker द्वारा 90 या अधिक दिनों के construction work का self-declaration देने का provision किया गया है।
UP Labour Card Online Apply Process
- UPBOCW Official Portal खोलें।
- Worker Registration / श्रमिक पंजीयन से संबंधित option select करें।
- Portal पर मांगी गई basic information भरें।
- अपनी personal और construction-work details carefully enter करें।
- Required documents और declaration submit करें।
- Applicable ₹20 registration fee pay करें। UP rules में beneficiary registration के लिए ₹20 fee निर्धारित है।
- Application submit करने के बाद मिलने वाला Registration/Application Number सुरक्षित रखें।
- इसी reference से आगे application status या registration details check करें।
Registration के बाद क्या मिलेगा?
Successful registration के बाद worker को Board के beneficiary system में registration मिलता है। इसके बाद वह applicable welfare schemes के लिए निर्धारित conditions के अनुसार benefit claim कर सकता है। Labour Card होने का मतलब यह नहीं है कि हर scheme का benefit automatically मिल जाएगा; प्रत्येक scheme की अपनी eligibility और conditions हो सकती हैं।
Application Status & Correction
Application submit करने के बाद portal पर उपलब्ध status/registration services से अपनी application details check करें। अगर किसी information में गलती है, तो correction/update की सुविधा portal पर उपलब्ध होने पर उसी के अनुसार request करें। गलत information या forged documents के आधार पर obtained registration को rules के अनुसार cancel किया जा सकता है।
